Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (PCRWRD) received this Final Plat on July 13, 2017. The following revisions are requested:
1. The approved Preliminary Sewer Layout (PSL) shows the project with private on- site sewer. Please revise the Dedication to remove any reference to public sewer.

The next submittal will be the 2nd submittal for this Final Plat. The RWRD review fee for the 2nd submittal will be $50.00 (Per PC Code, Title 13.20.030.A.2).

3. 2-07.5.6 Provide a copy of the Protective Covenants or CC&Rs with your next submittal. Ensure that the following is addressed. Protective covenants or Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) establishing responsibility for construction, maintenance, and ownership of any proposed common area, open space, private street, or similar joint use, when needed, will: provide for maintenance of and liability for any proposed commonly-owned areas; and

4. Sheet 2 remove the zoning references from the plan.
