TEP is currently working with Tucson Tractor Supply for new electrical service which involves relocation of an existing cabinet and a new 3 Phase transformer. There appears to be a conflict for the new transformer with one of the new water easements, but I cannot be certain because the plat does not show the dimensions of the water easement locations. I have provided mark-up on the attached copy of the plat. The developer has submitted to TEP a legal description for the new transformer easement. TEP would prefer this easement be shown on the final plat, but if timing of the plat approval will be delayed then we will obtain the easement separately, however, there are also revisions needed to the legal description, as shown on the attached copy. Please ask the developer to make the requested changes to the plat and include TEP on a final review. Please contact me with any questions.
