Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (PCRWRD) received this Final Plat on March 13, 2017. The following revisions are requested:
1. Verify all the lots that are being replatted. It appears lots 172, 173 & 174 are not within the boundaries of this project.
2. What is the correct name for the "Common Area"? The Title Block and Dedication identified it as "B". However, on page two (2) it is identified as "A". Correct appropriately.
3. Sheet two: There are five (5) labels that are not legible. Remove or lighten so the information is visible.

The next submittal will be the 2nd submittal for this Final Plat. The RWRD review fee for the 2nd submittal will be $100.00 (Per PC Code, Title 13.20.030.A.2).

03/21/2017 LIZA CASTILLO UTILITIES TUCSON ELECTRIC POWER Reqs Change Tucson Electric Power Co., (TEP) has reviewed the final plat submitted on March 20, 2017, and is unable to approve the plat at this time. An electrical design must be completed and TEP easements shown on the plat before TEP can approve. Please provide the signed letter approving the Equipment Placement that was emailed to Stantec on January 23, 2017, so that TEP may initiate the preliminary electrical design for the subdivision.

1. 2-07.5.1.H Provide the final plat case number, S17-006, adjacent to the title block on all sheets.

1. 2-07.5.2.D General note 5 remove the reference to "C15-88-15" from the note as it is an annexation not a rezoning.

2. 2-07.5.2.J Provide a general note on the plan stating: "This subdivision is subject to Ordinance No.7106 which established zoning in the Arizona State Land No 2 area.

3. Until development package DP16-0220 is approved the final plat cannot be approved.
