This approval is for elements related to the sewer system only. Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer systems. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization needs to be obtained from PDEQ. Approval will need to be reobtained if the scope of the project changes that may impact the sewer. This also could include the language in the Dedication as well as easements for utilities/sewers. We request the applicant to contact RWRD-DLU to discuss what action if any shall be required.
