Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (PCRWRD) received this Final Plat on November 7, 2016. The following revisions are requested:

1. Sheet 1: In dedication, paragraph two, rewrite dedication to reflect what is being dedicated in this project. i.e. there are no new private streets nor is there public sewer. The review of the dedication shall be completed on the second submittal.

2. The Final Plat shall not be approved until the Type II Availability Letter for capacityis issued.

The next submittal will be the 2nd submittal for this Final Plat. The RWRD review fee for the 2nd submittal will be $0.00 (Per PC Code, Title 13.20.030.A.2).
