Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (PCRWRD) hereby "Approves" The Bridges - Block 1, Lots 1-159 and Common Areas "A" - "C" as submitted on July 18, 2016. This approval is for elements related to the sewer system only.
Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer systems. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization needs to be obtained from PDEQ.

Approval will need to be reobtained if the scope of the project changes that may impact the sewer. This also could include the language in the Dedication as well as easements for utilities/sewers. We request the applicant to contact RWRD-DLU to discuss what action if any shall be required. If the jurisdiction requires RWRD signature on the Mylar and there has been changes without communication it could delay the obtaining of RWRD's signature.

The above referenced project has been CONDITIONALLY APPROVED by the Community Design Review Committee. Please make any necessary corrections and submit the following documents:

1 Respond to all the review comments by Engineering and Tucson Airport Authority review staff. The executed final plat mylar can be reviewed and approved by Engineering staff for both comments.

1 Executed Final Plat Double Matte Océ or Photo Mylar.

2 Title reports current within the last thirty (30) days.

1 Check made payable to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a flat $4.00 handling fee, along with Consent to Dedicate and CC&R fees if applicable. Consent to Dedicate and CC&R fees are $9.00 for the first 5 pages and $1.00 for each additional page. If the Consent to Dedicate is also a fixture filing, there is an additional $9.00 fee. If you are unsure of the fees, please call the County Recorders Office at 520-740-4350.

1 Original Set of Executed and notarized CC&R's document (if applicable) and Assurance Package (if applicable).

1 Copied Set of Executed and notarized CC&R's document (if applicable) and Assurance Package (if applicable).

Plats, CC&R's and assurances must be approved at the same Mayor and Council Meeting. Please expect 5-6 weeks from the date submitted to the date scheduled for Mayor and Council approval.
