Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (PCRWRD) hereby “Approves” Tucson Marketplace – Phase 5, Lots 9-11 as submitted on March 14, 2016. This approval is for elements related to the sewer system only.
Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer systems. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization needs to be obtained from PDEQ.

Approval will need to be reobtained if the scope of the project changes that may impact the sewer. This also could include the language in the Dedication as well as easements for utilities/sewers. We request the applicant to contact RWRD-DLU to discuss what action if any shall be required. If the jurisdiction requires RWRD signature on the Mylar and there has been changes without communication it could delay the obtaining of RWRD’s signature.

SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Planning and Development Services Department has received and reviewed the proposed Development Plan Package. The following items need to be addressed:
1) Please update the Assurance signature line from "Planning and Development Services Engineering Administrator" to "City Engineer".
2) Per Section C.1.5 of the Bridges PAD (page 43), UDC 8.4.5A2, AM 2-07.6.1B and AM 2-09.3 please provide Assurances as required to assure completion of work described in AM 2-09.3.7B. Improvements of interest are related to infrastructure that adjacent parcels may intend to tie into, such as vehicular access, storm drainage and utilities.
3) Per AM 2-07.5.1H please add the relevant case number (S16-027) adjacent to the title block on each sheet.
4) Per AM 2-07.5.1A3 show line work for and label the railroad as part of the project location map.
5) Per AM 2-07.5.1A4 show the city's jurisdictional limits, if within the mapped area.
6) Per AM 2-07.5.1F the north arrow and scale should both be located in the upper right corner of each sheet.
7) Sheet 2 has sheet numbers called out that are not a part of this replat. Please remove sheet numbers for sheets not included in this replat.
8) Please fill in the recording data as to who is requesting the instrument to be filed for record.
9) Per AM 2-07.6.1E please submit two copies of an updated title report (current within 30 days). The easements shown on the title report should be reflected on the plat. Please modify general note 12 accordingly.
