Tucson Electric Power Co., (TEP) has reviewed the Final Plat for 8640 E. Tanque Verde submitted on March 2, 2016. TEP is unable to approve the plat at this time. Please make the following easement revisions:

1. The overhead electric lines showing at the northwest and southwest portions of the property have been undergrounded. Please revise overhead to underground.

2. Please revise “EXISTING 20’ PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT PER DKT 11932, PG. 1398 TO “EXISTING 20’ ELECTRIC EASEMENT PER…..” (2 LOCATIONS)

3. Please review “EXISTING 20’ PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT PER DKT 1106, PG. 279 TO “EXSITING 100’ ELECTRIC EASEMENT PER…..” (1 LOCATION)

4. Add a 16 foot wide easement granted by the final plat for the overhead line located in the southern one-third of the western boundary of Lot 1 and the northern three-fourths of Lot 2. The easement should be offset from the pole line 5’ and 11’ to allow for vehicle access.
