Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer systems. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization needs to be obtained from PDEQ. Grant Road in the City of Tucson. The gross area of Lot 1 of this parcel is 2.10 acres and the gross area of Lot 2 of this parcel is 0.157 acre. Access to this parcel for refuse and recycling material pick up is provided from W. Grant Road to the north by a 30 foot ingress/egress easement extending from W. Grant Road to Lot 2. The subject parcel is within the service area of the City of Tucson Environmental Services Department and private waste collection companies. There are no concerns about accessing this parcel for solid waste collection. Based on this review, ES approves the minor subdivision submittal from a solid waste standpoint.
