Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (RWRD) received this Final Plat and RWRD is requesting additional information for the above referenced submittal received on February 17, 2016. The following revisions are requested:
1. The Revised Tentative Plat must be approved before the Final Plat can be approved.
2. Final Plat must be signed by engineer of record and registered land surveyor before the Final Plat can be approved.
3. The Type II Capacity Letter must be issued before the Final Plat can be approved
4. Label the street names on Road A and Road B and identify as "private" street.

For your information: A Sewer Improvement Plan (SIP) shall be submitted and appropriate fees paid for the portion of the off-site that is public sewer.

The next submittal will be the second submittal for this Final Plat. The RWRD review fee for the second submittal will be $50.00 (Per PC Code, Title 13.20.030.A.2).

Tucson Electric Power Co., (TEP) has reviewed the final plat for Venado Vista submitted on February 19, 2016, and is unable to approve at this time. Please add a 10 foot wide Public Utility Easement behind back of sidewalk at the front of all of the lots for utility installation.


There are existing TEP underground facilities located within the project boundaries. Costs for the removal and relocation of these facilities will be billable to the developer.

This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-07. Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM).

1. 2-07.5.1.E The title block on the final plat should match the title block on the tentative plat, i.e. reference the "FLD SUBDIVISION".

2. 2-07.5.1.H Provide the final plat case number, S16-013, adjacent to the title block on all sheets.
