The following revisions are requested: 1. The Revised Tentative Plat must be approved before the Final Plat can be approved. 2. Final Plat must be signed by engineer of record and registered land surveyor before the Final Plat can be approved. 3. The Type II Capacity Letter must be issued before the Final Plat can be approved 4. Label the street names on Road A and Road B and identify as "private" street. For your information: A Sewer Improvement Plan (SIP) shall be submitted and appropriate fees paid for the portion of the off-site that is public sewer. The next submittal will be the second submittal for this Final Plat. The RWRD review fee for the second submittal will be $50.00 (Per PC Code, Title 13.20.030.A.2).
