1) All activity numbers must have a separate address.
2) The buildings and lot coverage calculations shown for lots 112-01-072B and 112-01-0660 must be removed from the survey that is to be recorded and put on a supplemental sheet that will not be recorded.
3) The above detailed lot coverage calculation(s) must be revised. Lot coverage is all enclosed buildings plus vehicle use area divided by lot area.
4) On the supplemental sheet, add the setback from all structures on lot 112-01-072B to the new south property line
5) On the supplemental sheet add the building heights and setback lines for all structures on 112-01-0660 to the new south property line.
6) On the survey drawing, dimension the narrowest distance on lot 112-01-072B north of lot 112-01-076B.
7) Provide legal descriptions for the parcels along Prince that incorporates the entire lot (existing lot plus new piece from 112-01-072B).
8) Provide legal description for proposed 20 foot wide ingress/egress easement.
