SUMMARY: PDSD Engineering has reviewed block plat resubmittal for Rio Verde and met with EOR and developer in a meeting on 12NOV15 with Engineering Administrator. PDSD Engineering recommends approval with the remaining plat comments to be addressed as conditions of approval at mylar stage.
BLOCK PLAT CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1) Admin Man Secs.2-07.5.3 & 2-07.5.4.E: Provide registrants' seals with signatures on all Block Plat sheets.
2) Admin Man Sec.2-07.5.6: Provide a signed original copy of CC&R's at mylar stage.
3) UDC Sec.8.4.1.E.3, Admin Man Sec.2-07.5.4.A: As a consideration and not required, it is recommended that the Title Report be updated to remove easement for underground utility Dkt 9481 pg392 from schedule B as this utility was indicated by the EOR to be offsite and not within the boundaries of this plat.

2 Title reports current within the last thirty (30) days.

1 Check made payable to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a $4.00 handling fee, along with Consent to Dedicate and CC&R fees if applicable. Consent to Dedicate and CC&R fees are $9.00 for the first 5 pages and $1.00 for each additional page, if applicable. If the Consent to Dedicate is also a fixture filing, there is an additional $9 fee. If you are unsure of the fees, please call the County Recorders Office.
