Engineering Division has reviewed the submitted Final Plat and recommends approval at this time. 1) AM Sec.2-07.5.3.D: Verify that the Mylar when submitted has the "Filed for Record at the Request of…" completed under the Approval Section. This must be filled in prior to scheduling the Plat for Mayor and Council consideration. 2) AM Sec.2-07.6.1.A: Verify that the Mylar when submitted is printed on the glossy side of the Mylar. The Mylar that was submitted under this review is reversed read and was printed on the wrong side of the Mylar Sheet. Consent to Dedicate and CC&R fees are $9.00 for the first 5 pages and $1.00 for each additional page, if applicable. If the Consent to Dedicate is also a fixture filing, there is an additional $3 fee.
