The plat is being "Returned for Additional Information". The following information is required for the next submittal: 1. Sheet 1 of 20. Add "Pima County" as a grantee to the 2nd paragraph of the Dedication 2. Sheet 3 of 20. The proposed Public Sewer Easement must be centered over the proposed public sewer as shown on the Sewer Improvement Plans. Please disregard the comment letter dated September 16, 2014, comment 2 was removed, and also disregard the comment letter dated September 17, 2014, it now refers to the new City's project number. The next submittal will be the second submittal for this Final Plat. The RWRD review fee for the second submittal will be $100.00 (Per PC Code, Title 13.20.030.A.2).
