1. Revise the supplemental site plan to provide for 5 foot sidewalks in the right-of-way. TSM 10-01.4.1.A.1.a
2. Revise the supplemental site plan to show the Sight Visibility Triangles for the street intersection. TSM 10-01.5.1 Note that SVTs are not required for the driveways.
3. Provide a complete estimate for the cost of all assurable items, including utility connections, sidewalks and driveways. Include a draft of the assurances documents for review.
