2-07.5.1.H The S(Year)-___ subdivision case number assigned to the approved tentative plat must be placed in the lower right corner of the plat next to the title block. If the property is subject to a rezoning case, the C9-__-__ rezoning case number is to be noted also.

The drawings of the Final Plat for the proposed project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (PCRWRD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department.
PCRWRD hereby approves the above referenced submittal of the Final Plat provided the following comments are addressed on your Mylar submittal:
1) Please provide a signature and date from the engineer of record.
Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization may need to be obtained from PDEQ. Additionally, a sewer tap permit shall be required for the proposed BCS connection to the public sewer system.

06/13/2014 LOREN MAKUS ENGINEERING REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Revise the CC&Rs to provide the complete effective date and to remove sections that are not applicable to this development. Revise any remaining references to "Town" to read "City."
2. Revise the general notes to be consistent with the Tentative Plat. For example, note 8 does not appear to be applicable to this development.
3. Check the spelling of the surveyor's name. The name on the plat doesn't match the name on the BTR website in association with the listed number.
4. Provide consistent dedication and acknowledgement sections. The dedication section lists the subdividers as individuals where the acknowledgements list them as officers of some corporate entity.
5. Provide an explanation of the assurances mechanism to be used for this subdivision. Make sure the plat is consistent with the specified mechanism.
6. The described basis of bearing in the general notes doesn't match the graphically depicted basis of bearing.
7. The Engineering Administrator requests the project be tied to a section corner or a quarter corner.
