Engineering Division has reviewed the submitted Final Plat and recommends conditional approval at this time. The following items need to be addressed prior to Mylar approval: FINAL PLAT COMMENTS: 1) AM Sec.2-07.6.1.B: Due to the 3rd Party Trust Agreement the Dedication Section on the plat needs to be revised to reflect the Trust Number and the name of the Title Agency with a corresponding signature line. Provide the Trust Number on the 1st Sheet of the Agreement to Construct Subdivision Improvements 3rd Party Trust.
