This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. PCRWRD hereby rejects the above referenced submittal of the Final Plat received by us on February 11, 2014, for the following reason. 1. Sheet 3 of 3, Private Sewer Easements are graphically shown on the Final Plat. Add bearings, and distances to each leg of the easements and include ties to property corners or other monuments. Note that all easements shall be located within private properties and not in the right-of-way. The next submittal will be the second submittal for this Final Plat.
