Final Plat - 2nd Submittal, S13-038 (S05-207), Review Comments

The drawings of the Final Plat for the proposed project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (PCRWRD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department.
PCRWRD hereby rejects the above referenced submittal of the Final Plat received by us on February 11, 2014, for the following reason.

1. Sheet 3 of 3, Private Sewer Easements are graphically shown on the Final Plat. Add bearings, and distances to each leg of the easements and include ties to property corners or other monuments. Note that all easements shall be located within private properties and not in the right-of-way.

The next submittal will be the second submittal for this Final Plat. The RWRD review fee for the third submittal will be $39.00 (Per PC Code, Title 13.20.030.A.2).
