I have reviewed the final plans for the above mentioned development. Centurylink has a buried cable in the public utility easement that runs east and west and is located south of Cantaloupe Drive. Centurylink also has a cable in the public utility easement that runs east and varies north west located north of Cantaloupe Drive. Also we have cable and conduit along the east side of Riber road, which is on the west side of this development. The cables would have to be located to validate their exact location. Also, if the cables mentioned need to be relocated billing to the developer would be required.
