SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Planning and Development Services Department has received and reviewed Sheets 1-5 of the proposed Final Plat and Title Report. Engineering Division has reviewed the submitted Final Plat and Title Report and recommends conditional approval of the Final Plat at this time. The following items need to be addressed prior to Mylar submittal to CDRC:

FINAL PLAT COMMENTS:

1) DS Sec.2-03.6.1.K: Revise the Final Plat to indicate the subdivision cases number assigned (S12-015) in the lower right corner of the plans on all sheets.

2) DS Sec.2-03.6.3.D: Revise the Recording Data Section to read per the new Pima County Recorders Office format, refer to the following link; http://cms3.tucsonaz.gov/sites/default/files/dsd/CDRC/Sequence%20Number%20Format%20Memo.pdf
