DS 2-06.6 Per the conditional approval of the tentative plat, provide at the time of final plat, vehicle access for the two residential parcels (123-13-0750 and 123-13-0760). These documents have not been provided at the time of this review. Per discussion with Jeff Beharana a separate agreement has been reached with the residential owners in regards to access. Provide copies of the agreements for review. Provide a note on the final plat indicating that this access agreement has been recorded and provide recording sequence numbers for each agreement. Provide sequence recording information for the abandonment of the alley and for the dedication of right of way.
