COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed. The remaining zoning comments are minor and can be reviewed over the counter with an appointment. If you wish to have me review the changes please call or send me an email in advance to set up a time.

2-06.3.12 - An index of sheets in the development package shall be provided on the first sheet.

01. FOLLOW UP TO PREVIOUS COMMENT 02: The sheet index on the cover sheet was not revised to include the sheets numbers as paginated in the lower right corner. i.e. 14-L1 of 74, 15-L2 of 74 etc.. Also per Patricia Gehlen all changes to plan must be done on CAD, no handwritten changes or white out is allowed. The pagination numbers in the lower right corner of all plan sheets have been changed by using white out and handwritten. The sheets will have to be re-plotted, if you have any questions related to this follow-up comment contact Patricia Gehlen at 837-4919.
Sheet 11 in the Sheet Index is missing the name of the sheet, "Details" etc.

PREVIOUS COMMENT 02: The sheet index on the cover sheet must include the sheet numbers i.e., 1 of 45, 2 of 45, 3 of 45 etc. All sheets in the package must be included in the total number of sheets and the sheet numbers listed in the lower right corner of all plan sheets.

2-06.4.2 - The title block shall include the following information and be provided on each sheet:

02. COMMENT: The Landscape plan sheets were not updated with the relevant case numbers as were the development plans sheets.

2-06.4.3 - The administrative street address and relevant case numbers (development package document, subdivision, rezoning, board of adjustment, DDO, MDR, DSMR, overlay, etc.) shall be provided adjacent to the title block on each sheet.

2-06.4.9.O - All applicable building setback lines, such as erosion hazard, floodplain detention/retention basins, and zoning, including sight visibility triangles, will be shown.

PREVIOUS COMMENT 12: Draw and label the overall street building setbacks to all structures adjacent to Houghton Road and Old Vail Road street perimeter.
