The Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (PCRWRD) has reviewed the proposed sewer collection lines for the above-referenced project. The following comments are offered for your use:
The Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department hereby approves the above referenced submittal of the Site Plan as received by us on May7, 2013.

Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Environmental Quality Department.

Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality before constructing, operating, or engaging in any activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution. If you have any questions regarding the above comments, please do not hesitate to contact me.

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. The Zoning Review Section conditionally approves the tentative plat for this subdivision, subject to the following changes on the executed tentative plat. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised tentative plat to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements.

2. D.S. 2-03.1.E Zoning acknowledges this comment should have been made on an earlier review. Please revise the sheet number X of Y to include the total number of sheet 14.

3. All calculations on sheet 2, "TRACKING TABLE FOR THE BRIDGES PAD - 15" need to reflect the last approved development package Dp12-0113>

SUMMARY: Engineering has reviewed the resubmitted development package for the Tentative Plat and other documents, and recommends approval of the Tentative Plat. Please be aware that per Technical Standard 11-01.4, if easements are relocated, not in use, or proposed for abandonment, then the documentation of the vacation/abandonment/relocation shall be submitted prior to approval of Final Plat. The request for abandonment of the utility easements as indicated should be made to the entity holding an easement interest shortly after the City Development Review Committee (CDRC) approval of the tentative plat. Schedule B Item 18 (2011-2440170) was not found on the Tentative Plat, and the following easements on this submittal of the Tentative Plat were not found on the Title Report and will need to be addressed at Final Plat review stage:
