Since the Final Plat might change as a result of the denial comments, it can not be recommended for approval, by Engineering and Floodplain Review, at this time. 2. The submitted title report appears to have legal and easement descriptions that are not applicable to the submitted final plat and the new lots shown on it. Clarify. 3. The easement proposed to be abandoned shall be either abandoned by the plat or the abandonment shall be processed and the recordation information shall be shown on the final plat. 4. Revise all reference to the "Development Services Department" to read "Planning and Development Services Department". Revise the first sheet accordingly. 5. TEP will determine which existing facilities will remain and those that will be removed a preliminary electrical design for the lot revisions will be provided within twenty-five (25) working days upon receipt of the Approved Tentative plat. Additional plans necessary for preparation of the design are: building plans including water, electrical, landscape, sidewalk and paving plans.
