Are there plans to extend Paseo De Los Zanjeros to the east? If no plans exist then coordination with Solid Waste and TFD is required. If Solid Waste and TFD accept the proposed dead end street without a cul-de-sac/turnaround then TDOT-Traffic will waive this requirement.

Coordination of the streetcar alignment will need to be coordinated with Shellie Gin of TDOT.

01/13/2011 MFLICK1 TUCSON WATER NEW AREA DEVELOPMENT REVIEW Approved Tucson Water confirms that the reclaimed water easement shown on the S10-044 Mission District Final Plat and identified as Docket 12084, Page 380 is the current location of a 36" reclaimed water main. No new alignment has been approved. Adjustments to the existing easement will be by separate instrument. We have no further comment on the plat.

Other than that, Real Estate defers to TDOT for any comments relative to the right of way dedications including those that may affect the Streetcar Project.
