Sheets 2 and 3 of the proposed plat map for the Mission district mis-labels the 30' reclaimed water easement as Dk 8974, Pg 1515, it should read Dk 12084 at Pg 380. In July at the request of Gadsden, Tucson Water operations and survey personnel physically excavated the 36" reclaimed main and re-surveyed the alignment of the pipe. We concluded that the pipe resides entirely within the 30' easement called out in Docket 12084 on Pages 380-382. Additionally, the abandonment process can not be used on the Reclaimed Water Easement (Dk 12084, Pg 380) since there is an active reclaimed transmission main in place.
