S10-024 - Alamo Lofts, Tentative Plat Review
September 10, 2010

Tentative plat S10-024 is approved by community planning, subject to the following requirement, which was sent and agreed upon by the applicant on August. 25, 2010.

The required color palette (rezoning condition) must be reviewed by staff prior to the issuance of any building permits. In an effort to streamline and not hold up SFR permits, the color palette should be brought to planning staff (John or Manny) for approval before submitting the first building permit at the Alamo Loft site. If for any reason we are unable to approve the color palette at first review, it would hold up the first building (SFR) permit that would be in zoning review.

Prior to MODEL/SFR approval, Planning and Development Services (Community Planning Staff) shall require a color palette, along with colored four-sided building elevations for each proposed model/SFR design. The colors proposed on each building elevation shall cross-reference color paint code, color name, and paint brand with the color palette.
