Manager Development Review Division ( Wastewater) Subject: Tucson Convention Center Final Plat – 3rd Submittal (REVISED REVIEW) S09-057 The drawings of the proposed Final Plat for the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (PCRWRD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comment is offered for your use. The Development Plan for this project was reviewed on November 24, 2009 and was NOT Approved. The missing FUE information must be provided. The Final Plat cannot be approved until the DP gets approved. 2. SUBJECT TO THE ABOVE, the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and the Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department hereby conditionally approve the above referenced submittal of the Final Plat as received by us on November December 24, 2009. Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization will need to be obtained from the PDEQ. Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality before constructing, operating or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution. (1) 8 ½" X 11" copy of plat (1) Check in the amount of $20.00 per plat page for recorded plat distribution made payable to the local print company that has access to Pima County Recorders on line platting system or provide an account number to charge. (1) Check made payable to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a $4.00 handling fee, along with CC&R fees if applicable. CC&R fees are $9.00 for the first 5 pages and $1.00 for each additional page and fees for consent(s) to dedicate, if applicable.
