Manager Development Review Division (Wastewater) Subject: ALVERNON & LEE OFFICES, LOTS 1-5 & COMMON AREAS "A" AND "B" Final Plat - 1st Submittal (REVISED REVIEW LETTER) S09-026 The drawings for the proposed Final Plat for the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (PCRWRD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. The Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and the Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the Final Plat received by us on June 19, 2009. Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines.
