1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the FP and the Assurances.
2. As discussed, a Cond-approval of the FP and assurances are dependant upon the following corrections:
3. The FP title blocks on sheets 1 and 2 do not match each other hence the assurances do not match the title blocks. Revise as necessary to match each other verbatim.
4. Revise the Recording Data information to reflect the new requirements shown on the attachment in the FP package.
