The Final Plat (FP) nor the Assurances cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Final Plat:

1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the FP and the Assurances.
2. Upon review of the FP title block and the Assurances it was noted that the title blocks on sheets 1 and 2 do not match, hence the assurances do not match the title blocks. Revise as necessary to match each other verbatim. See note no. 3.
3. The titles, assurances included, must match each other verbatim. Per previous comment.
4. Writes the words "Sequence no.____________" where the "Book_______, Page________" used to be at the top and bottom right of both sheets. See attachment for additional areas where "Book_______, Page________" shall be replaced with "Sequence no.____________".
5. Change the surveyor's registrant number to the correct number on both sheets.
6. Add the contact information such as address, phone no. etc. for the engineer (PRE) on sheet 1.
7. Change the information for Delph Engineers logo on sheet 1 to match the info. for Delph Engineers on the second sheet.


Ensure that space for the Sequence number box is provided on the cover sheet of all Final Plats.
