All future building must have their finished floor elevation (FFE) set 1-foot above the calculated water surface elevation (WSEL) per the report. Per the report the WSEL=2572.6 (NAVD88); FFE=2573.6 (NAVD88). Elevation Certificates will be required for all structures per Tucson Code Chapter 26.5.2.

All structures are to remain outside of the erosion hazard setback per the exhibit.

Any additional future disturbance of the floodplain shall have separate floodplain use permit applications submitted to this office for review and approval.
