1. Section 4.1.7.1, LUC, permits a maximum of one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a plat. If, at the end of that time, the plat has not been approved, it must be revised to be in compliance with all regulations in effect at that time, and must be resubmitted for a full CDRC review. The one-year expiration date for this tentative plat is May 14, 2010.

2. D.S. 2-03.6.3.D Place "Roger W. Randolph" within the "(fill in name of current City Clerk)" and remove "Roger W. Randolph" from below the signature line.

3. D.S. 2-03.6.3.D Revise the Recording Data block to include "No._______" and "Fee_____", add "at _____.m after "2009" and revise the signature line to match D.S. 2-03.6.3.D..

2.) Correct Title Blocks: Units 1-40 etc. needs to be first. A resubdivision of Book 62, Page 70 needs to go after. Also, Units 1-40 of Book 62, Page 70 is incorrect. It is Units 1-37.
3.) Correct top of page 1. It should read "A resubdivision of". The lots and blocks are incorrect. Also, spell and correctly.
4.) All dockets and pages need to be filled in before this plat records.
5.) Change Duval Vista to Duvall Vista.
6.) If there is no building 1, buildings will need to be renumbered 1-4.

This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use.

All Sheets: The Project number SO9-005 for this project should be shown bolder and larger than the other two numbers shown which are supposed to be the reference numbers.

Sheet 1: In General Note number 10, replace PCWMD with Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department.

Sheet 1: In the Title of the drawing, correct the spelling of AND.

SUBJECT TO THE ABOVE, the PDEQ and the PCRWRD hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the Final Plat received by us on May 13, 2009.

Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Environmental Quality.
