The Zoning Review Section conditionally approves the tentative plat/development plan for this subdivision, subject to the following changes on the executed tentative plat/development plan. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised tentative plat to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements. 2. D.S. 2-03.2.1.E Please clarify what the dashed line shown on the index drawing that runs east/west through proposed building 2 is for. 3. This comment was not addressed. Provide a dimension between the proposed canopy columns and the proposed bollards. D.S. 2-05.2.4.K There appears to be a canopy proposed for the north side of BUILDING 1. If this is the outside dining area than clearly show the required 4'-0" clear sidewalk area in regards to the seating area. 4. There is a planter called out on sheet 4 near the northeast corner of proposed building It appears that the planter has been removed and is not shown on the landscape plans, please clarify.
