The drawings for the proposed Final Plat for the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (PCRWRD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use.

We will send to your office via e-mail, a .pdf file containing a Sewer Service Agreement for the proposed 19 commercial lots. Three originals will need to be printed out from this file for notarized signatures by the Owner of Record. The three signed originals of the Agreement must be returned to this office in order to satisfy the necessary requirements needed to approve the Mylars of the final plat.

SUBJECT TO THE ABOVE, the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and the Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the Final Plat received by us on March 26, 2009.

Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Environmental Quality.

Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality before constructing, operating or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution.

(2) Executed and notarized CC&R's document (if applicable) and Assurance Package (if applicable). One original set and one copy of each.

Assurances (if applicable) must be reviewed by the City Attorney's Office prior to being presented to the Mayor and Council. Plats, CC&R's and assurances must be approved at the same Mayor and Council Meeting. Please expect 5-6 weeks from the date submitted to the date scheduled for Mayor and Council approval.

PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL TO THE CDRC OFFICE, THE FINAL PLAT MYLARS MUST BE REVIEWD AND APPROVED BY PCWWM AND PC ADDRESSING. THE APPROVALS MUST BE IN WRITING (E-MAIL IS OKAY).
