SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Development Services Department has received, Sheets 1 thru 3 of the proposed Final Plat, a copy of The Declaration of Restrictions and Reciprocal Easement and Maintenance Agreement, and a copy of the Assurance Package. Engineering Division has reviewed the submitted Final Plat and Assurance Package and recommends conditional approval of the Final Plat at this time. The following items need to be addressed prior to Final Plat Mylar submittal:
