However the below comments relfect what is still required prior to Assurance Package approval and review. Comments taken from the Final Plat comment letter. 17) DS Sec.2-03.7.1.G: The Final Plat Mylar Package cannot be scheduled for Mayor and Council consideration until the complete Financial Assurance Package is submitted and approved. Provide the following information with the Final Plat Mylar submittal to assure that the Financial Assurances are complete and ready for forwarding to the City Attorney's Office: a) A copy of the original TRUST AGREEMENT; b) Original signed and notarized AMENDMENT TO TRUST. Revise to show the correct name of the Subdivision with Lot Numbers per the Title Block; c) Original signed and notarized AGREEMENT TO CONSTRUCT SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS / THIRD PARTY TRUST. Revise to show the correct name of the Subdivision with Lot Numbers per the Title Block. Provide Exhibit "C" (Trust Agreement) per Section 9; d) Assure that all exhibits are correctly placed/attached, and the case number "S08-086" is at the top of the first page of the AGREEMENT TO CONSTRUCT, EXHIBIT B in the AGREEMENT TO CONSTRUCT, and AMENDMENT TO TRUST; e) Provide a Title Report. The Title Report should be current within 30 days of recordation of the proposed plat; f) Provide a copy of a sample Warranty Deed; g) An 8½" by 11" location map. |
