The title in the title block must be revised. Remove any annotation labeled as "TOWNHOME". The title in the title block should be something like "T.A. Miller Condominium Development". The title block or the plan must not reference that this is a townhome development. 2. The CC&R's must be revised as well. Any reference to "TOWNHOMES' in the CC&R's must be removed. 3. Submit your response letter stating how the zoning review conditions have been addressed. The letter can be submitted with the Mylar copy of the final plat and CC&R's when submitted to CDRC. Zoning will not do a full approval of the final plat until conditions one and two are addressed as requested. |
