Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Final Plat Assurances: 1. Please include a detailed response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the FP. 2. The title block of the plat must match the Subdivision Assurances verbatim. The FP does not have in the title the words "and utility access easement" that the assurances list. The title block or the assurances must be revised to match each other. 3. Exhibit "A", the legal description, does match either the title on the assurances nor does it match the title block of the FP. All three descriptions shall match one another. Revise as required.
