Manager Development Review Division (Wastewater) Subject: Nelson Mobile Home Estates II, Lots 1-11 and Common Areas "A, B, C & D" Final Plat – 4th Submittal, S08-067 The drawings of the proposed Final Plat for the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. 1. Sheet 1: Remove General Note no. 13. 2. Sheet 1 Remove Permitting Note from the Final Plat and put this note on the Sewer Plan. 3. The comments made separately on the Sewer Plan drawing on April 23, 2009 must be taken care of before this Final Plat can be approved. This office will require a revised set of bluelines, and a response letter, addressing these comments. The fee for the next submittal will be $39.00. A check in the amount of $39.00 (made out to PIMA COUNTY TREASURER) must accompany the revised set of bluelines and the response letter. Please make any necessary corrections and submit the following documents: (2) Title reports current within the last thirty (30) days. (1) Executed Final Plat Double Matte Océ or Photo Mylar. (1) * 81/2"X11" copy of plat (1) * Check in the amount of $20.00 per plat page for recorded plat distribution made payable to the local print company that has access to Pima County Recorders on line platting system or provide an account number to charge. (1) Check made payable to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a $4.00 handling fee, along with CC&R fees if applicable.
