Shade in only the project on the Location Map.
Correct sections on the Location Map.
Correct legal description on all title blocks and add “A resubdivision of.”
Spell out all street suffixes except on Location Map.
Delete Lot 1 on pg. 2. This does not need to be on the Final Plat since it is being resubdivided.
Add Street to Manchester, change Devon Dr. to Street and change Arroyo Pkwy to Arroyo Chico on pg. 2.
Label condominium units per attachment.
Our records are not clear as to what the street name is for the street labeled Manchester Dr. on pg. 2 that intersects Tucson Boulevard and Stratford Drive. Is there documentation that confirms this?

The proposed sewer collection lines for the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use.

Sheet 1: Add a General Note that states:

THE ON-SITE SEWERS ARE EXISTING AND PRIVATE. NO NEW SEWERS ARE PROPOSED.

Sheet 1: In the Dedication Block, second paragraph, first line after the word PUBLIC add the words ,PIMA COUNTY.

Sheet 1: In the Dedication Block, fifth paragraph, fifth line replace the word PRIVATE with the word PUBLIC.

Subject to the above, the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the final plat. The required revision(s) may be shown on the Mylars.

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. Section 4.1.7.1, LUC, permits a maximum of one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a plat. If, at the end of that time, the plat has not been approved, it must be revised to be in compliance with all regulations in effect at that time, and must be resubmitted for a full CDRC review. The one-year expiration date for this tentative plat is April 9, 2009.

2. Provide a copy of the last approved site plan. The provided plan is for a lot combination only and does provide information in regards to required parking, loading spaces, bicycle parking etc. For your information the provided plan, shown parking, differs from what is shown on the most current aerial photos. Ensure that the site plan provided matches what is currently on site or a full site review may be required. Additional comments maybe forth coming depending on the provided site plan.

3. D.S. 2-03.6.1.D.3 The northeast and northwest section labels at the intersection of Campbell and Broadway Blvd. are incorrect. The northeast should be 8 and the northwest should be 7

4. D.S. 2-03.6.1.H.3This subdivision is part of a previously recorded plat. Provide the title and the book and page reference of the existing subdivision within the title block.

5. D.S. 2-03.6.1.K Place the S08-048 subdivision case number assigned to the plat in the lower right hand corner of the plat next to the title block.

6. D.S. 2-03.6.2.D Please explain General Note 4 as there is not a rezoning case related to this site.

13. Please explain what the "Easement Agreements" that are listed on the plat are for.
