(1) * 81/2"X11" copy of plat and (3) 11"X17" copies of the plat (1) * Check in the amount of $20.00 per plat page for recorded plat distribution made payable to the local print company that has access to Pima County Recorders on line platting system or provide an account number to charge. (1) Check made payable to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a $4.00 handling fee, along with CC&R fees if applicable. CC&R fees are $9.00 for the first 5 pages and $1.00 for each additional page and fees for consent(s) to dedicate, if applicable. (2) Executed and notarized CC&R's document (if applicable) and Assurance Package (if applicable). One original set and one copy of each. Assurances (if applicable) must be reviewed by the City Attorney's Office prior to being presented to the Mayor and Council.
