Engineering Division recommends approval of the Final Plat at this time. The following items need to be addressed prior to Mylar submittal: FINAL PLAT MYLAR COMMENTS: 1) DS Sec.2-03.7.1.G: The Final Plat Mylar Package cannot be scheduled for Mayor and Council consideration until the complete Financial Assurance Package is submitted and approved. Provide the following information with the Final Plat Mylar submittal to assure that the Financial Assurances are complete and ready for forwarding to the City Attorney's Office: a) A copy of the original TRUST AGREEMENT; b) Original signed and notarized AMENDMENT TO TRUST. Assure that the case number "S08-043" is at the top of the first page; c) Original signed and notarized AGREEMENT TO CONSTRUCT SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS / THIRD PARTY TRUST. Assure that the case number "S08-043" is at the top of the first page; d) Provide a copy of a sample Warranty Deed; e) An 8½" by 11" location map. GENERAL COMMENTS: Provide the Final Plat Mylar and complete Financial Assurance Package for review and approval. The Assurance Package must address the comments provided above.
