They are the following: 1. Although resubmittal documents dated February 2, 2010 indicate this issue has been revised, tentative plat, sheet 1 of 4, general note 32 remained uncorrected. The following is staff's previous comment on this issue: Please revise tentative plat sheet 1 of 4, general note 32. It makes reference to Special Exception condition number 10 and staff believes it is intended to make reference to Special Exception condition number 9. 2. Previous staff comment # 7, required greencourt landscape easements to include landscape information. The applicant addressed this request by adding a cross-section of the greencourt landscape easement on a 81/2 X 11 sheet of paper. Staff requests that this new cross-section for the greencourt landscape requirements be added to sheets L4 & L5 of the landscape plan, as part of the permanent information provided in the standard 24 X 36 format of the landscape plan. |
