RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Final Plat.

The Final Plat (FP) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Final Plat:

1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the FP.
2. Submit the Subdivision Improvement Assurances for review. The following items are required in the assurance package if a Third Party Trust Agreement will be used:
" Title Report
" Special Warranty Deed
" Trust Agreement
" Amendment to Trust
" Agreement to Construct
Submit the above documents containing original signatures, copies of the documents and signatures will not be forwarded to the City of Tucson attorney for review.
3. The title block of the plat must match the Subdivision Assurances verbatim.
4. A title block with the following information……………………..per D.S. 2-03.2.1.G.
5. Add applicable zoning, land use and Drainage notes…………….per D.S. 2-03.2.2., D and G. On note 3 of the general notes, list the length of new public street as "0" instead of N/A. Is this an easement or a street?
6. Show all existing conditions………………………………………per D.S. 2-03.2.3.A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I and J.
7. Show sight visibility triangles per D.S. 2-02.2.1.10. Future an existing.
8. Complete the case no. S08-022.
9. Add the following notes to the FP per D.S. 2-03.2.4, A, B, I, J.
10. Show a 1' no access esmt. along the west property line of lot 1and in the easement between lots 4 and 5 per D.S. 2-03.6.4.G
11. At least one corner shall be tied by course and distance to the subdivision… per D.S. 2-03.6.5.A.
12. Show all distances as calc'ed or measured… per D.S. 2-03.6.5.C.5.
13. The esmt. shall include pedestrian dedication also. Where will the water meters be placed in the esmt.?
14. Please submit a copy of the subdivision boundary closure calculations.

Drainage Report:
1. The DR has been accepted by engineering.
2. This review was performed for FP purposes only.
