needs a minor change before Mr. Gross will sign it. He informed me that
the title block reads, "Subdivision Plat" and must read "Final Plat".

With your permission, I will cross out "Subdivision" and write "Final"
underneath. Otherwise, please come in and get the plat to make the
change.
