The proposed sewer collection lines for the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (PCRWRD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use.

On the 2nd paragraph of the Dedication Block, please remove the words ‘installation and maintenance of public sewer’ from the paragraph because all sewers for the project are private.

Subject to the above, the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department hereby CONDITIONALLY APPROVE the above referenced submittal of the record of survey. The required revision(s) may be shown on the Mylars.

Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality before constructing, operating or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution.

The Zoning Review Section conditionally approves the final plat for this condominium conversion, subject to the following changes to the Condominium Declaration. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised final plat to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements.

Revise the Condominium Declaration, Table of Contents so that the page numbers associated with each section are correct, i.e. Definitions start on page 3, etc.

The above referenced project has been CONDITIONALLY APPROVED by the Community Design Review Committee. Please make any necessary corrections and submit the following documents:

(1) Executed Final Plat Double Matte Océ or Photo Mylar.
(1) * Check in the amount of $8.50 per plat page for Mayor & Council distribution made payable to the local print company of your choice or provide an account number to charge.
(1) * Check in the amount of $55.00 per plat page for recorded plat distribution made payable to the local print company of your choice or provide an account number to charge.
(1) Check made payable to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a $4.00 handling fee, along with CC&R fees if applicable. CC&R fees are $9.00 for the first 5 pages and $1.00 for each additional page.
