This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. Site plan: Please show the footprint of the existing structures on the proposed lots. Also, show the boundary of the two proposed lots. Please include the Record of Survey Final Plat with the next re-submittal, like what you had in the first submittal. Please check the language of the dedication of the NO-ACCESS easement on the final plat with the City of Tucson. Do not re-submit without the Record of Survey Final Plat. This office will require a revised set of plans, and a response letter, addressing these comments. Additional comments may be made during the review of these documents. The next submittal of this project will be the 3rd submittal. A check for the review fee of this submittal in the amount of $39.00 (made out to PIMA COUNTY TREASURER) must accompany the revised set of bluelines and response letter.
