Engineering Division has reviewed the submitted Final Plat, CC&R's and Title Report and recommends conditional approval of the Final Plat at this time. The following items need to be addressed at Mylar submittal: FINAL PLAT COMMENTS: 1) DS Sec.2-03.6.1.H.1: Revise the wording on Page 1 of the CC&Rs to match the Title Block of the Final Plat and all other wording within the CC&Rs. All names, common elements, and descriptions must have the same wording in the CC&Rs as in the Title Block. Specifically revise Page 1 and the Limited Common Element "A" so that is it worded as shown on the Title Block of the Final Plat, the LCE "A" should read "(Private Yards)" not (covered patio). 2) DS Sec.7-01.3.A: Revise the Final Plat to show the existing 15-foot Gas Easement per Docket 13119, Page 728. This easement has been shown on all previous submittal, but as been excluded from this one, revise. GENERAL COMMENTS: Provide the revised Final Plat Mylar Set to CDRC for review and approval prior to submittal to Mayor and Council. Provide a revised original CC&R package (signed and notarized) at re-submittal. The Final Plat Mylar and CC&Rs must address the comments provided above. Be advised that if all comments have not been addressed at the Mylars stage this will cause a delay in the Mayor and Council submittal. DS Sec.2-03.6.3: Revise the Approvals section due to more recent directive: The City Clerk, Kathleen S. Detrick, has retired. Effective February 2, 2008, all correspondence for the City Clerk should be addressed to Roger W. Randolph per the City Clerk's Office. Mr. Randolph will serve as the City Clerk until such time as a City Clerk is appointed by Mayor and Council. Revise Approvals section verbiage on sheet 1 to state: "The undersigned, Roger W. Randolph, Clerk of the City of Tucson, Arizona, hereby certifies that this plat was approved by the Mayor and Council of the City of Tucson, Arizona, on this __ day of ________, 200__. Please make any necessary corrections and submit the following documents: (2) Title reports current within the last thirty (30) days. (1) Executed Final Plat Double Matte Océ or Photo Mylar. (1) * Check in the amount of $8.50 per plat page for Mayor & Council distribution made payable to the local print company of your choice or provide an account number to charge. (1) * Check in the amount of $55.00 per plat page for recorded plat distribution made payable to the local print company of your choice or provide an account number to charge. (1) Check made payable to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a $4.00 handling fee, along with CC&R fees if applicable.
