(1) Check made payable to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a $4.00 handling fee, along with CC&R fees if applicable. CC&R fees are $9.00 for the first 5 pages and $1.00 for each additional page and fees for consent(s) to dedicate, if applicable. (2) Executed and notarized CC&R's document (if applicable) and Assurance Package (if applicable). One original set and one copy of each. Assurances (if applicable) must be reviewed by the City Attorney's Office prior to being presented to the Mayor and Council.
